This past December we were thrilled to be able to travel down to Ocala, Florida for this STUNNING boho, Australia-inspired lake elopement at your beautiful property, Enchanted Oaks Farm! We love how much heart and soul you two put into turning your dreamy southern farm into a tropical wedding oasis! From the floating lakehouse for getting ready, the giant tropical elephant ear plants and old winding oak trees, to the open air recception, this venue has it all. And we didn't even cover half of it!
We got to work with our favorite wedding planner, Britt, from Everlemon Events to help put together this amazing elopement. Britt specializes in outdoor, open-air weddings, with a non-traditional twist as well, so she was the PERFECT person to team up with for these lakeside nuptials in rural Florida!
Our FAVORITE part of the day was getting to meet your sweet mini horse, Beauty, and your baby kangaroo, Rocco!! Cassie looked like a boho goddess in her lace Dreamers and Lovers gown and Jonas looked SO suave in his dusty blue suit, but Rocco totally stole the show when he joined you two for some bride & groom portraits! The cuteness was too much to handle!!
We loved the bright floral and citrus style of your intimate wedding dinner, and you two looked so darn cute feeding each other macaroons! We couldn't imagine a better way to end the night though, than with your romantic nighttime canoe ride with floating lanterns! It literally looked like the lantern scene in Tangled and WE ARE HERE FOR IT! This is 100% one of our favorite elopements to have photographed to date!
